Mr. Rob J. Campbell

Mr Campbell is an experienced global investor, company director and advisor based in New Zealand. Mr Campbell established and for many years ran one of New Zealand’s first and largest family offices. He is currently Chair of Summerset Group Holdings Ltd (NZ) and Tourism Holdings Ltd (NZ), Chair of WEL Energy, a director of Sky City Entertainment and a director of Precinct Properties Ltd (NZ). Mr Campbell is also a director of private companies in which he has a direct investment interest in the property, finance, fund management, and private equity industries in New Zealand and offshore.

Mr. Danny Goldberg

Mr. Goldberg is Executive Chairman and principal of Dakota Corporation which is a global investor in Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Real Estate. Prior to this he co-founded Brentwood Corporation which owned and developed retail, commercial and residential projects in Australia and the United Kingdom. He was previously a Director of Byvest Management Buyout Group, a Manager at Pappas, Carter, Evans and Koop and an executive in the Corporate Advisory Division of Hill Samuel Australia. Mr. Goldberg has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.

Mr. Jordan C. Green

Mr. Green is Managing Director of Portland House Group’s New York office, where he co-manages a portfolio of global equities. Mr. Green has worked for Portland House for over twenty years. Since 2005, Mr. Green has been responsible for managing the Group’s North America operations. Previously, Mr. Green worked for eight years as a corporate finance executive for ABN AMRO’s investment banking operations in Central & Eastern Europe. Mr. Green taught for two years at Johnnie L. Cochran Middle School in Los Angeles, and was campaign manager for a number of U.S. congressional elections in New Hampshire’s 2nd district in the early 1990s, as well as a staff member in the office of US Congressman Richard Swett (D-NH). Mr. Green serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Hannah Senesh Community Day School in Brooklyn and on the Board of the Sepsis Alliance. Mr. Green holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Walter M. Lewin

Mr. Lewin is a member of the Advisory Board of VGI Partners.  Mr. Lewin is a board member and Chair of the Investment Committee of OneVentures, a leading Australian based venture capital firm.  Previously, Mr. Lewin was Chairman, Advisory Board of OneVue (2010-2014) and Deputy Chairman, Reverse Corp in Australia and the UK (2001-2005). Mr. Lewin was a Managing Director of Ord Minnett (2005-2008).   Mr. Lewin was the London based Principal of Elysium Capital Partners LLP, a global macro hedge fund (2001-2003).  Mr. Lewin was a Managing Director; Equities for Merrill Lynch based in London (1998-2001) and prior held several positions in the Equities and Investment Banking divisions of SBC (now UBS) in London (1994-1997) and Sydney (1991-1993).  Mr. Lewin is a non-executive director of Indigenous Energy Group and Our Energy Group.  Mr. Lewin has a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from University of Queensland. In 1989 he received the University of Queensland Baillieu Award for outstanding postgraduate research.  Mr. Lewin was a visiting lecturer in business finance at Queensland University of Technology.

Ms. Jane Parcell

Jane Parcell is a legal, compliance and regulatory risk specialist. Ms. Parcell  is currently working as a lawyer within the Markets Division at Commonwealth Bank. Ms Parcell has more than 20 years experience in financial services and regulation, having worked as an executive director at Deutsche Bank, and at the Australian Securities Exchange. Ms. Parcell was previously chairperson of the Chi-X Australia Review Committee. Ms Parcell has also worked at two leading law firms. Ms. Parcell holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland.

Mr. Benjamin Pronk 

Mr Pronk has over 23 years’ experience in the Australian Army, the majority of which has been spent within Special Operations Command.  He has led at platoon, squadron and unit level, including on numerous combat deployments to Timor Leste, Iraq and Afghanistan, where he was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for leadership in action. Mr Pronk has also served on exchange with both the US and UK militaries. Mr Pronk has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales and a Masters of Arts in Defence Studies (Pass with Distinction) from Kings College London.

Mr. David P. N. Symons

Mr Symons is experienced in investment banking, corporate strategy and corporate affairs. Mr Symons is currently Group Head of Media Relations at QBE Insurance Group, a property and casualty insurer based in Australia with operations worldwide, and previously held executive roles at Cato Counsel, ABN AMRO Capital, Macquarie Bank, Merrill Lynch and Promina Group. Mr Symons has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
