Mr Rob J. Campbell

Mr Campbell is an experienced global investor, company Director and advisor based in New Zealand. Mr Campbell established and for many years ran one of New Zealand’s first and largest family offices. He is currently Chair of Summerset Group Holdings Ltd (NZ) and Tourism Holdings Ltd (NZ), Chair of WEL Energy, Chair of Sky City Entertainment and a Director of Precinct Properties Ltd (NZ). Mr Campbell is also a Director of private companies in which he has a direct investment interest in the property, finance, fund management, and private equity industries in New Zealand and offshore.

Mr Danny Goldberg, OAM

Mr Goldberg is Executive Chairman and Principal of Dakota Corporation which is a global investor in hedge funds, private equity and real estate. Prior to this he co-founded Brentwood Corporation which owned and developed retail, commercial and residential projects in Australia and the United Kingdom. He was previously a Director of Byvest Management Buyout Group, a Manager at Pappas, Carter, Evans and Koop and an Executive in the corporate advisory division of Hill Samuel Australia. Mr Goldberg has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.

Mr Walter M. Lewin

Mr Lewin is Chairman of OneVentures, a leading Australian based venture and growth capital firm. Prior to this, Mr Lewin was a founding shareholder and Chair of the Advisory Board of OneVue and was a founding shareholder and Executive Director of Reverse Corp. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Ord Minnett, a Principal of Elysium Capital Partners in London, and a Managing Director (Equities) for Merrill Lynch in London after holding several positions in SBC (now UBS) in London and SBC Dominguez Barry (now UBS) in Sydney. Mr Lewin received a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Queensland.

Ms Jane Parcell

Ms Parcell is a legal, compliance and regulatory risk specialist. Ms Parcell  is currently working as a lawyer within the Markets Division at Commonwealth Bank. Ms Parcell has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services and regulation, having worked as an Executive Director at Deutsche Bank, and at the Australian Securities Exchange. Ms Parcell was previously Chairperson of the Chi-X Australia Review Committee. Ms Parcell has also worked at two leading law firms. Ms Parcell holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland.

Mr Benjamin Pronk 

Mr Pronk completed a first career in the Australian Army spanning 24 years, the majority of which was spent within Special Operations Command. In this capacity, Ben served on multiple combat deployments to Timor Leste, Iraq and Afghanistan, where he was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for leadership in action. He concluded his service as Commanding Officer of the SAS. Mr Pronk is now the Managing Partner of Mettle Global Holdings, a premium consultancy specialising in crisis, emergency and business continuity management and leadership training. In addition to this role, Mr Pronk is also an Executive-in-Residence at the Australian Graduate School of Management and a patron of the Military Arts Program Australia. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Master in Defence Studies (with Distinction) from Kings College, London and a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction) from the University of Western Australia.  He is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course.

Mr Gary Weatherley

Mr Weatherley is the CEO of The Portland House Group, a private investment firm based in Melbourne with offices in New York and London. He joined Portland House in 1991 to manage their property portfolio. Mr Weatherley has held various leadership positions in Portland House mainly in technology and operations and as a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Weatherley developed FMO, Portland House’s online accounting and administration system that is also licenced to a number of similar hedge funds in Australia and Asia. Mr Weatherley has over 25 years’ experience in financial markets operations, systems and processes and strong relationships with a number of the industry’s key service providers.
